Welcome to the Farm Shop - the place to order our chemical‑free, pasture‑raised Angus beef, grown here at Fork & Tiller using regenerative and biodynamic‑inspired practices. Whether you’re stocking the freezer, feeding a family, or trying our beef for the first time, we’ve made it simple to choose the right option for your household.

What you'll receive

Every order includes a thoughtful mix of premium steaks, slow‑cook favourites, roasts, mince and sausages — all cut, packed and labelled by our trusted local butcher.

Your beef is:

  • chemical‑free

  • pasture‑raised from birth

  • never grain‑finished

  • processed at a small, private abattoir

  • hung for flavour and tenderness

  • packed ready for the freezer

How ordering works

  1. Choose your size
    Select a full, half, quarter or seasonal box.

  2. Customise your cuts (bulk orders only)
    We’ll guide you through the cut list so you get exactly what suits your household.

  3. Processing & packing
    Your animal is processed at a small private abattoir, then cut and packed by our butcher.

  4. Pickup or delivery
    We’ll let you know when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time or local delivery.

Frequently asked questions

How much freezer space do I need?

A quarter animal typically requires around 40–50 litres of freezer space. A half needs around 80–100 litres.

Can I choose my cuts?

Yes - full, half and quarter animals can be customised. Beef boxes come as curated selections.

Is your beef certified organic or biodynamic?

We follow biodynamic and regenerative principles and are working toward recertification after NASAA’s closure.

Do you grain‑finish?

Never. Our cattle stay on pasture and hay grown on‑farm from start to finish.
