On the night we got our half cow, I made steak tartare with the eye fillet and it was amazing. The flavour was clean, the texture was spot on, and you could tell the beef comes from cattle raised properly, aka no chemicals, no rubbish, just good pasture and good farming. Will be putting in another order very soon.
